2 egg whites

1 oz Campari

1 oz Cointreau

1 oz Maraschino

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Dry and wet shake, decorate with lemon twist.

2 oz Scotch

1 oz Vermouth (sweet, perfect, or dry)

1 dash Angostura

shake and strain into cocktail glass. Add lemon peel. 

2 oz Rye

3/4 oz Cherry Heering

1/2 oz Green Chartreuse

1/4 oz Absinthe

1 dash of lemon Bitters (Fee Brothers)

5-7 mint leaves.

Smack the mint leaves on top of ice in the shaker. Shake and strain into glass with fresh ice. Decorate with a few mint leaves.

2 oz Rye (high proof, like 100)

1 oz simple syrup

juice of one lemon

red wine (Bordeaux) as float

Shake and dump into glass. float the Bordeaux on top. 

1 oz Rye (e.g. Makers 46)

1 oz Gin

1 tsp Absinthe

1/2 oz St. Germain

3/4 oz sweet Vermouth

Shake and strain into glass with fresh ice.

1 oz Bourbon

1 oz Cognac

1 tsp Cointreau

1 tsp simple syrup

1 tsp Absinthe

1 dash Angostura

splash of soda. Decorate with orange peel.

2 oz Rye (e.g. Makers 46)

1/2 oz Mint simple syrup (simple syrup with mint leaves)

6-7 mint leaves

Shake and strain on glass with fresh ice

Variant: add 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse!
