Persian Perl

2 oz rose infused vodka (vodka, rose water)

1 oz St. Germain

½ lemon 

½ oz simple or dem

Shake, serve in martini glass, float with 2 oz white wine, Prosecco or Champagne

Key lime martini

1.5 oz Vanilla vodka

.5 oz key lime juice (since squeezing fresh key limes is a mess, consider store bought juice for this one…) 

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz cointreau or triple sec

2 oz ginger hibiscus infusion
3/4 oz lychee liquor
3/4 oz lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
1 oz peach nectar

3 oz Gin

1 oz Vodka

1/2 oz (or less!) of Lillet

1 dash Orange Bitters

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir. Add a little simple syrup if desired.

London Fog

1 measure Gin or Vodka

1/2 measure Maraska
1/2 measure pear nectar
1 measure rosemary infused dem syrup (add rosemary twigs during cooling period).
Juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon (careful to balance – sometimes it’s just a little over 1/2 oz)
