1 oz of plum Schnaps (Zwetschgenwasser)

1 oz Plymouth Gin

1/2 oz sweet Vermouth

1/4 oz Lillet (white)

1/4 oz Maraschino

1/4 oz Cointreau

Juice of 1/8 orange

Juice of 1/4 lemon (not too much)

1 egg white

Dry and wet shake. Decorate with flamed orange peel

Black Forest Lady

2 oz German plum schnaps (Zwetschgenwasser)

2 egg whites

1 oz maple syrup (if unavailable, replace by other syrup, e.g. agave)

1 oz simple syrup

juice of 1 lemon

3 drops (very little) rose water

Dry shake first, then with ice. Decorate with 2 drops of Angostura bitters
