1 oz sweet Vermouth

1 oz Gin

1 oz Campari

Shake with ice, strain. decorate with orange twist.

Can be done with Scotch instead of Gin.

One of the “Classics” Dave suggests are almost better if the original liquor (Gin in this case) is substituted with Tequila:

3/4 oz of each:

– Lime juice

– Gin (original) OR Tequila

– Maraschino liquor

– Green Chartreuse

1.5 oz Gin (Boodles, Hendrick’s)
3/4 oz falernum
1/2 oz demerara
1/2 lime

Shake ingredients with ice
strain into a martini glass; garnish with a lime twist

3 oz Plymouth Gin, 2 dashes  Bitters.

2 oz Boodles Gin, 1 oz dry Vermouth, tiny dash of Orange Bitters.

3/4 oz Cointreau, 3/4 oz Lillet, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/8 Absinthe.  Mix with ice then strain, garnish with lemon peel
